I have a Kenmore stove each time I put a new bulb n the oven it blows out and sometimes it shuts down the fuse box I'm afraid it has a short and may cause a fire

So first, make sure you're using the proper wattage bulb for your oven, it's usually a 40 watt appliance bulb but that depends on the model number itself. If that is the case and you replaced the bulb when the oven was unplugged, then plugged the oven in and it pops the breaker or blows the bulb, you need to replace the light bulb receptacle.
