Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! It is not likely that the igniters all went out at the same time.

May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?

Thank you. Do you have a meter to perform any testing with?

just a voltage tester
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

With no meter, we can only guess and that can get very expensive. If you want, I do have access to the service manual. You can get a meter and then use the service manual to go through some diagnostic steps at your own pace or with my help.

I have a tester. Whats next
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Great! Can you access the back of the range and remove the cover, please? Referencing the page below, locate the igniters for the lower oven igniters. Turn the oven on and test for 120 VAC at the igniter wires, please.
