Customer Question

We had a power outage for a couple hours last night. Now the ice and water dispensers are not working, nor can we set the control panel for temps, etc. It just beeps. Temps in fridge and freezer are lower than should be, The light in the fridge is working, not the freezer (but that is not uncommon). Please help!!

Apparently the outage caused something to fail on the main board that is on the back of the fridge. You will need to replace it. If the light switch is broken for the freezer then replace it as well since you will get a door alarm if it has broken in the open position. That switch alone will NOT cause the other problems you listed.

The parts are easily replaced in a few minutes and any local parts supply can look them up for you by the model#.
