Do you run the closest sink HOT water before starting the dishwasher?

What cycle and options do you use mostly?

Are you using rinse agent? or those pod things

How old it the unit?

if over 2 years old ,have you ever used a dishwasher cleaning product in it ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The unit is a Stainless Steel KitchenAid 46 DBA Dishwasher with ProWash Cycle
It is almost brand new
I usually use the normal cycle.
And the rinse aid is full.

if you open the door the model/serial tag is on the right side tub face frame.

I need the full model number to be able to look anything up!

Do you run the HOt water at the sink closest to the dishwasher before running the dishwasher?

And it sounds as if your not using any heated options at all is that correct?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The dishwasher is Kitchenaid KDTE204ESS0
The settings are normal with pro scrub and heat dry.
The rated cycle time is 150 minutes or two hours and 30 minutes.

Are you running the hot water at the closest sink before running the dishwasher?

the normal run time for the Normal cycle with heavy soil is 3 hours 27 min.

Pro scrub will add an additional 40 min .

This information is on page 10 of the unit use and care booklet.

And those times are not including water heating ,which will add one minute per degree rise of water temperature.
