My ge profile dishwasher model pdw7712ko1ss will not drain

Customer Question

my ge profile dishwasher model pdw7712ko1ss will not drain after the end of it's cycle.
It has standing water up to the bottom of the door even after repeated various cycles but does not overflow. I tried cleaning all the interior components after removal of water and replacement of interior parts and then ran a quick wash cycle but still had the same problem. Can you suggest what the problem could be?

Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

When it should be draining can you hear the drain pump motor making any noise as if it is getting voltage?

And do you have a Volt-Ohm meter and know how to use it ? to be able to do any testing.
