I am working on a refrigerator that the display is not

Customer Question

I am working on a refrigerator that the display is not working properly. Only the top row of LEDs are lighting up so it is not forming the numbers to display the temp. And none of the buttons are working to change the settings. I have changed the Main
board part number: DA41-00695A, and the display control board part number: DA92-00202A and that did not solve the problem. Samsung Model: RF217ACBP/XAA

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If both boards have been replaced, I suspect the issue lies with the wiring between the door and the main harness in the refrigerator. Have you inspected the wiring connection at the door hinge?

Thank you for your help. I did inspect the wiring at the door hinge and it looks good. Could there be anything else causing this?

Is the behavior the same as before you replaced the boards?
