We have a Subzero 650 Built in refrigerator and the ice

Customer Question

We have a Subzero 650 Built in refrigerator and the ice maker has quit making ice. Any suggestions?

Is there water/ice in the ice maker itself?

Expert:  Joel Swenson replied 1 year ago.

If there is ice in the ice maker and its not dumping, the ice maker is not going into harvest mode and will need to replaced. If there is no ice in the ice maker then the water valve that supplied water to the ice maker has gone bad and will need to be replaced. The water valve is located under the bottom of the unit. Remove the panel at the bottom and you will see the water line just follow it to the valve.

here are the parts and part numbers:

OEM Part - Manufacturer #4200522 ice maker.

Sub Zero OEM Part #4202790 water valve.
