Please give me time to respond as typing, researching and adding links takes me time to do so please be patient and often I will ask you questions to narrow down the issue to get is diagnosed correctly.
Have you tried to unplug the unit for 1 full minute and plug it back in?
OK is the unit full of water?
Ok can you remove the filter cover and pull the nylon tab to open the door?
Do you have the model number off the unit?
Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The pump filter is able to be removed and cleaned through that access door. That will allow any water to drain and would allow the control to see that the water is out and allow the door to open. Also, leave it unplugged for several hours to reset the control. Any change when plugged back in?
