Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The most likely to be faulty is the latch motor. Do you have a meter to test the voltage at the motor to see if it is getting energized?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no I do not have a meter

You could try replacing the latch assembly but I would probably recommend calling for service because there are so many things that could cause it that you may spend much more than a service call replacing parts.
