refrigirator RB195AC evaporator fan is not running , motor is ok new sensor and main control board been replaiced

Keep in mind that the fan only runs if it thinks the door is shut and the coils are frosted up so the sensor is cold. If the fan, the sensor, and the motor are new, then possibly you're just checking with the door open---if not then the only thing left would be the door switch that would need to be replaced.
