Take the back panel out of the freezer. Look at the frost pattern on the evaporator. The frost should be 1/16 from top to bottom. It's not going to be. You'll see a frost ball on the top or only frost on the top corner of the evap. I see this everyday. You have a sealed system issue for sure.
