Doesn't it have arrow up, arrow down for warmer and colder ? Can you set the freezer temp , or is it also not working ?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Freezer is working. Up/down arrows will work. Tried to lower temperature to 34 degrees at about 4:15 a.m. but now the actual temperature still is 60 degrees.

Do you have any other suggestions on what to do or to what to look for

A GE service man is here. It was a faulty fan and there is a recall on the fan.
