Hello my name is***** will be helping you today. What I want you to do is remove the bottom panel and locate the pump and motor assembly. What you are looking for is the black solenoid. Then I want you to start the cycle and wait for water to enter the machine, then I want you to hit cancel so it will drain. Then quickly look down at that solenoid and make sure its activating and dropping down. If that solenoid isnt moving, manually hold it down and see if it drains. Also, do you hear the motor sound as if its working when you are draining the dishwasher?
