Hi there, we have the Whirlpool S20DRSB33 A/G and the fridge has started freezing up. Any advice please?

If the fridge section is freezing up then what it will be is the damper inside the fridge letting too much cold air enter teh fridge.

If you look inside the fridge in the top left back corner you need to remove the plastic hosuing and in there you will see the damper.

In there is a plastic gate which opens and closes to the cold air enter the fridge. What happens is the plastic gate breaks and sticks open and you get this fault.

So you will need to replace the damper inside the fridge and this will cure the fault you have here.
