Lets chat about a Maytag Centenial mod mvwc360aw0, just before 2 year old wouldn't spin out the wet clothes, usually better after a secondary spin cycle. after couple months more washes poorly, clothes wet but not clean. sometimes stays in sensing mode looonnng time. Spin sensor fault E7. Have dismantled splutch, looks great, belt & pulley OK. actuator looks OK? ideas?

If you're getting a spin sensor error then that explains the problem. The actuator isn't reading the speed properly or it's not shifting the gearbox correctly. You'd need to replace the actuator which has the speed sensor built into it. Below is a link to the part.
