Is it normal for a freezer (refrigerator - freezer) door to be hot? This can be felt all along the edge of the door when opened. Could it be dangerous of catching on fire?

Hello, this is Dave. This can happen right after you just started a warm refrigerator or just added a lot of warm food to the freezer. If it doesn't stop after a few hours it could be the cooling fan under the refrigerator is not running. Do you feel air blowing out at the floor in the front?
