Customer Question

Hi. I have a Viking 36" built-in refrigerator. DFRB364R. There is water constantly pooling aft the bottom and under the produce. I am thinking that a drainage tube is clogged.

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The plugged drain is likely the source of the water. This has been a common source of trouble for these units. The rear wall from inside the cabinet will need to come off to access and clean the drain system. If it continues to happen, you may need to install a drain heater if you find the drain is freezing. It may just be plugged, though, so please let me know what you find.
