The thermal fuse shuts off power to the dryer if the dryer overheats. If the thermal fuse has blown, the dryer will not start.

Watch this video to get to the thermal fuse. Test it for continuity.
Have you checked that the belt is not broken or damaged?
Then this would mean the main control board is faulty and would need to be replaced.
That would be the main control board. It is what gives power to the unit.
Its on the side of the inside of the unit. Part #DC92-00123A
