Hello and thanks for using this service, if you have been waiting do not worry or get upset I am just one of the techs on here and I try to get to as many customers as I can and I just picked up your question now. Please give me time to respond as typing, researching and adding links takes me time to do so please be patient and often I will ask you questions to narrow down the issue so do not rate me until we are done thanks. So let’s get started!

Is it just the letter N with no other codes?

Do you have the complete model number on the unit?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 1 year ago.

OK the "n" code can mean a number of things, but the unit is not seeing any cooling. This can be inadequate circulation of air to the fins or the thermister by the cooling fins could be off or bad. Are you handy and capable of performing a reset on the board.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
already did a reset on the board
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
is the thermister located in the cooling fins in the ref?
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 1 year ago.

Yes, but would you like the service manual for your product to see the guide to resetting the unit? Also it will explain the testing as well.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
sorry but I have to end this conversation I am not satisfied with the service
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 1 year ago.

OK no problem at all.
