Customer Question

My refridgerator isnt freezing solid. On the bottom setting, is the 9 cooler, or 1 cooler? What settings should I put both bottom and top on?

So to start, 9 is the coldest setting and 1 is the warmest setting. If you're having issues with freezing solid, put it on 9 for now. 5 is usually what you will put the thermostat gauge to and you can move it closer to 5 if you find that 9 is too cold and ice cream is rock hard. If you turn the dial to 9 and it's still not getting cold enough, then something has failed like a bad compressor, freon leak, bad thermostat, etc....
