Need Appliance Repair Help? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! There is air in the system that needs to be released. If it will not release and allow a purge, you likely have a faulty valve. Does it make any noise at all when you attempt to purge the air from the system?
Does the water tank appear to be scaled or plugged at all near the bottom?
Usually it will show scale or look visibly dirty. Look at both the tank and the fitting it snaps in to.
You will only be able to perform a visible inspection. If it looks clean, the valve is probably faulty. I do have the service manual for that model if you would like it. I will caution you, however, that this product is pretty complex and not easy to service.
