I have a Kenmore Side by Side refrigerator model

I have a Kenmore Side by Side refrigerator model #106.8552610, S/n S92111916 we are having problems with the freezer coils freezing up and have replaced the bi metal switch, the defrost timer switch and have a replacement heater element coil but both the new one and the one in the unit ohm out to 21.3. What can I do now besides buying a new refrigerator?
