Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! I suspect you may have a leaking dispenser valve. If you place a cup under the dispenser in the door, does it fill up and does the leak on the floor stop?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Leak stopped probably due to overflow from ice maker melted behind door under refrigerator. No sign of water overflow as U describe

Will check however as we go forward. Thanks for the tip. Dick

Sounds good, keep me posted. You may want to verify that the door for the ice chute is sealing well, too.
