Customer Question

We furnished a P1036 hood w/a B400 blower to a customer. After it was installed by a licensed electrician one of the lights popped. Ever since then the dimmer doesn't work and the blower only works on one speed. Both the dimmer and the blower worked properly prior to the light popping. Any thoughts?

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! I suspect the light wiring shorted to ground and probably damaged the controller. It will probably need to be replaced. I am having trouble locating any parts for that unit. You may need to call the distributor to see if they even have parts for them.
