Our GE side-by-side refrigerator freezer section is dripping

our GE side-by-side refrigerator freezer section is dripping water from the icemaker and the freezer is not freezing at all We have had to move food to our garage freezer
We need to schedule someone to come out asap.
We have a service contract .
The refrigerator part temp is 42 freezer is 21.

Sherry, you may have a control board issue. The compressor may not be running. You can try to unplug the unit for one full minute and plug it back in. If the compressor does not start up then you have a control issue. Verify the compressor is running by removing the lower panel behind the unit and see. Then call for service as the repair would be expensive and not worth trying on your own.
