Good morning. I purchased an a/c unit 2 months ago. Model #FFRE08L3Q1. It will not turn on but when I reset it all the lights come on & back off. What else can I try?

Is that the unit you have?

So far it sounds like a bad printed circuit card, look at your warranty papers and tell me how long the warranty is good for, 90 days is the usual minimum. If that is the case, talk to the retailer about returning it for another one.
