Customer Question

Hello I have an LG front load washing machine. I had a leak in the seal. I've watched all the videos. I've got the new - correct - part AND the two specialty tools for the springs. Got everything disassembled okay. put the new seal on according to instructions, multiple times actually, everything fits fine until I got to reinstall the inner clamp. I can get it into the channel okay but when I release the spring - no matter how fast or careful, the tension on the clamp pulls the seal off the rim of the tub. Any ideas?
