Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

I think you are saying the that the unit does not SPIN,, is this correct?

When it does not spin does the unit just stop or are you seeing any F error codes in the display?

The water stay in tub. Then ld. Came up as I keep trying to find what's wrong

The code .say pump black. I used a wet dry could get anything out. I blow in it and the water bottle. Up
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 2 years ago.

ok the error code Ld is a error indicating a long drain .

You will need to bail most of the water out of the unit ,if you have a shop vacuum that will work also!

once all the water has been removed you will need to pull the unit out away from the wall and tilt it back against the wall, so you can get under the unit to remove the drain pump to see if it is clogged with anything .(the drain pump is the one on the right side looking at the unit from the front)

Let me know if you can do this?

Unfortunately most appliance experts do have full time jobs and we do this on our down or spare time , we do have some that are on late at night ,my hours are normally 10;30 Am to 5 pm EST Monday -Saturday

I hear you. Thank you. Just upset I didn't get it fixed last night. Thank you for the help
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 2 years ago.

no problem just reply back to let me know what you find.

if you find it has stuff in it then of course put it all back together and try a small water level and see if it will then drain out.

And if you have any questions just reply back it will come right to my page.

Just copy This conversations URL and paste it into your favorites and get back to me when you can!
