Customer Question

I have a Samsung French door refrigerator . It is about a year old. About 2 weeks ago the vegetable and fruit drawers began accumulating water. I tried to adjust the temperature from 38 to 40 but it is still happening. Are there any adjustments I can do to fix this

You have a clogged up defrost drain line in the refrigerator section. There is an evaporator behind the panel in the refrigerator section. Under that evaporator is a drain and it is clogged and needs to be defrosted and cleared. If you are not wanting to take it all apart you can defrost the unit for 8 hours and that typically will cure the issue.
