My electricity went out last week - a local transformer blew

Customer Question

My electricity went out last week - a local transformer blew out; everything came back on when Oncor reset but my washing machine.
I have a whirlpool ultimate care II machine. Is there a reset button? I have unplugged/replugged but that didn't change it.
The dryer does start but they are not plugged into the same outlet.

No. The only reset is to unplug it, so you surely have some type of failure within the unit if it is not working. I cannot tell you what is wrong unless you are willing to do whatever is needed to figure it out with me.
