Customer Question

my right side refrigerator door won't closed, and I noticed that some black plastic pieces broke off around the hinges could this be the reason?

Hello, this is Dave. Yes the black parts probably are from the hinge bushings. There is one up inside the door and one down on the hinge. They are what causes the door to lift and stop at places as you open it. Can you lift up on the door to see which part or maybe if both are breaking? Here is a link to the one that goes inside the door.
