I installed a new smart board on JVM1490BH 01 GE Spacemaker microwave oven. Plugged it in, and everything turned on. I set the clock and accidentally locked the control panel/smart board. I now have a number of questions.

Hi unfortunately no they don't provide me any of that. I have been with the company for over 7 years and they are very good with this as we have an A+ rating with the BBB;-)

I know from past experience that they always issue credit where due so no worries there. It just takes a few days in most cases.
