I have a Kitchen Aid undercounter ice maker. I have cleaned this machine and ran it throught the cycle twice. The water bin fills and then removes some water from bin through clear drain pipe
It acts like it wants to work, but will not circulate water over the freezing plate.

Unfortunately it sounds like your circulation pump has just failed and will need to be replaced. You'll need the full model number which is located on a sticker just inside the ice compartment to look up the correct circulation pump number. The pump is located inside the water reservoir toward the back of the icemaker in the far back right corner which you access by opening the door and removing the screws that mount the pump to the water reservoir and walls under the chill plate.
