Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The most common cause of water leakage is a plugged defrost drain. The drain is at the bottom of the rear wall, inside the freezer. If you have a sheet of ice on the freezer floor, unplug the refrigerator for 24 hours with the doors open to allow a full thaw and you should have no more water leakage.
