Customer Question

I have whirlpool duet washer. I've noticed that the washer retains a lot of water after each wash. This sitting water is stored in the rubber part in front - not sure the correct name but that's where the water sits and fills up after each wash. I tried the drain/spin cycle to see if that might work and it didn't. Model #WFW94HEXWO, Serial # ***** The washer was purchased in June 2011. Please help.
Thank you.
