My oven wasnt working and I replaced the ignitor, now the flame

My oven wasnt working and I replaced the ignitor, now the flame will light up fully initially but starts to flutter and doesnt stay lit fully ... any idea what could be wrong?

Also, I bought a second ignitor to see if that made a difference as the first one I purchased didnt have the exact plug on it, but this made no difference.

You can smell gas also when it is on
