Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today. So I'm really sorry to bring you this bad news, but let me explain your error codes. F06 E02 is a communication error because your MCU and your CCU (central control unit). You'l need to remove the entire back panel of the washer and make sure the wire connections to the motor control unit below the tub are all secure. If everything checks good, you'd need to have the MCU replaced. You may want to call Whirlpool since the unit is still quite new I can tell by the model number and the part costs about $250. See if they will help with the repair because this is really a bad break on a fairly new unit. If not, then below is a link to the MCU you'd need to order and replace for your model. CLICK HERE for MCUWe are on the honor system here. Please remember to rate my service before you leave today. If you need anything else, just let me know. You can continue asking follow-up questions at no additional charge after rating my service if you still need assistance.
