washer tub will not fill on the rinse sanitize cycle water just keeps running.Serial no.xe25108992 another no. is Lcg751l-w-4. This is a stacked unit.How do we fix this. Thanks Tina

Hello Tina, this is Dave. Are you saying the water is running in but the washer.never fills to start agitating?

yes the tub will fill for the first part of the washing and agitate but will not fill to agitate for rinse and sanitize water just keeps running into the washer draining. I have to move dial ahead to spin cycle.

Okay, thanks. This is caused when the drain hose is not high enough. The hose must go higher than the top Highth of the water in the washer. Also it can happen if the hose is then extended too far into the drain pipe or to the floor etc. the hook on the drain hose should only be about 6 inches into the pipe or into the laundry tub etc. where it is draining. Your washer is siphoning out by gravity.
