You'll need to check with a volt/ohm meter , when it doesn't start at the power board , which is located under the top lid on left . On this board is a connector that has a black. white, brown/yellow and purple wire going to one connector. WHen it won't start , unplug the dryer and with the meter set to read ohms ( R X 100 or R X 10 scale ) you should get a continuity reading ( no resistance ) from the white to the yellow/brown wire. If this checks OK, then plug the dryer in and hit start and see if you get 115 volts at this same connector from the white to the purple wire . Set meter to read AC volts. Let me know the results of this.
