Customer Question

My wfl2060 is having trouble spinning.
I have confirmed proper draining and I have run the test diagnostics via the control panel- the lights indicate a "NTC" fault code. There is a very low volume "rattle/grind/vinration" when the motor does run and there is black residue around the motor area noticable around the shaft and drive pullley. If I tap the motor near the multi-pin connection when the motor is supposed to be spinning it starts and finishes the cycle.

Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! It sounds like the motor has issues, also supported by the black residue by the motor shaft. Is it noisy when it runs?
