Customer Question

I have a Bosch dishwasher that is a DLX Series. It sounds like it's running when you turn it on but it doesn't produce any water to wash the dishes or go through any of it's cycles. Turned the breaker off for 10 minutes in case it had to reset itself but to no avail. Your advice please

So the first thing you need to do is see if the dishwasher is washer or draining while it sounds like it's running. Start a cycle and wait 5 minutes. Open the door and add enough water to cover the floor. Close the door and continue the cycle. Now wait 3 minutes and open the door again. Did all the water drain out or is it washing with that water?
