Matag oven bought 4 years ago model number MES5875BCS20 takes about an hour to reach 350 degrees on convect bake. Broil works just fine though. We changed the sensor but no change

Hello, this is Dave. It sounds like you bake element is not working and all the heat is coming from the top. Do you have a meter to check voltage?

Good, with the oven pulled out and the back panel removed, check for 240vac on the Yellow and Red with white stripe wires on the bake element when the oven is set for bake.
