Good morning. My name is ***** ***** I'll be helping you with your washer today. The first thing you'll want to do is tip the washer backwards and remove the belt. Spin the 3 pulleys below the tub both directions and see if all the pulleys spin smoothly still. The center pulley will have spring resistance one direction but not the other. Can you try that and tell me what you find?
