Outdoor gas grill Model#(###) ###-####LP Burners will not light

Customer Question

Outdoor gas grill
Model#(###) ###-####LP
Burners will not light from burner igniters or from manual lighting. The burners appear to be starved for gas, as they will barely light for a fraction of a second, then go out. Warmer burner on side doesn't light either. I tried replacing the burners. Could the problem be with the regulator, restricting gas flow? There is no kink in the rubber gas supply line.
Thank you.

Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If you are certain the LP tank is full, it has to be the regulator if all of the burners are affected. That regulator is available below.
