Can you purchase a multimeter so you can test the thermal fuse?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No I can't afford anything... I ran2 cycles prior to this with no trouble
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
What do I need to look at
Expert:  AppTech8579 replied 2 years ago.
First check that the belt is not loose or broken. If you turn the drum by hand, does it have any resistance?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No I can turn it
Expert:  AppTech8579 replied 2 years ago.
If it don't have any resistance then the belt is broken or damaged. This involves taking the entire unit apart. You need to check and make sure the belt is not broken or damaged. If so replace it, if not broken or damaged then you have a faulty door switch or a blown thermal fuse.
