Whirlpool gold refigerator, top mount freezer. frost build

Whirlpool gold refigerator, top mount freezer. frost build up on back wall of freezer. not totaly freezing any more or cooling as it should in lower section. What could the problem be. already totaly defrosted unit two weeks ago. worked fine for short time but frost started to form almost immediatly. two week have past and refrigerator back doing same thing.
what could or is the problem

Hi, you have a defrost issue for sure. Very common. The defrost heater, defrost thermostat, or timer is bad. Defrost the unit again and pull the back panel out of the inside of the freezer. You'll see the coils. Going around the coils is a heater it's normally black. That should have continuity. Next on the top corner connected to one of the heater a round thermostat. In a glass of ice water it should read less than one ohm. If those two test good, the timer/adc inside the refrigerator behind the temp control button is shorted and needs to be replaced.
