HiI have a 2117X. first time I have used it arm

Customer Question

I have a 2117X.
For the first time I have used it arm extended basis, three months continuously.
If A few weeks ago I noticed ice forming on the vents and bottom of the freezer on the right side. I also noticed the freezer at 14°. It had always been at zero. I have checked all of the door seals with a piece of paper and all have resistance when pulling the paper out.
Ice cream on the left-hand side is not frozen solid any longer.
I defrosted two weeks ago to eliminate the ice on the vents and bottom. We started the refrigerator and the freezer went to zero degrees after several hours. But now it is up to 12° and ice is forming again.
