Hi, you have a restriction in the refrigeration lines. That's what happens when the frost builds up on the heat exchanger in the top corner. The entire evaporator should have 1/16 from top to bottom. It's possible compressor oil got in one of the cap lines if it was tilted pretty good. If it was working where you bought it, it sounds like that's whats going on. Sometimes it's fixable by cutting the filter drier out and brazing in a new one. Depending on how far the oil traveled it might not be worth fixing because the sealed system would need to be rebuilt. You could fix it and it may last a week or 10 years. It's possible you would get what's called a floating restriction. Unfortunately you will have to have a CFC technician come out and check it out. You will need special tools and also a freon recovery license to make the repair. We work on the honor system here at Just Answers.
