My Kitchenaid dishwasher KDTE10DSS0 has standing water below

Customer Question

My Kitchenaid dishwasher KDTE10DSS0 has standing water below the screen filter and won't run a cycle. I took off the spinners and cleaned them. I also clean the screen on the bottom and the round filter. I poured some vinegar in and ran the rinse. It drained some of the water but not all of it and didn't rinse. My disposal isn't hooked up to the dishwasher. What should I do next? It's only a few months old. Thanks!

Is the drain hooked up to a siphon gap?
