What is the process a burner on a blodgett 1000

Customer Question

What is the process for replacing a burner on a blodgett 1000 series oven. The current burner has a split in it and the flame is very high in that spot and it is burning a hole in the heat shield.

I really need the model number but usually you only have to undo the unions in the piping and any screws that hold it down.. undo the pilot assy and pull out through the lower door.... reverse the procedure to install the new one...except for situations of extreme rust or abuse..where you might have to grind off the screws... or cut through the piping..It should come out in two pieces...

Hope Ive helped... let me know if you have any other questions...

The model is a 1000s. It is a blodgett oven stacked on top of another blodgett oven with a model number 999c. If possible I would like a diagram that shows what has to be done step by step.

I do not have that information... I recommend you contact blodgett directly. I assure 802 you its a relatively 658 simple process. Those units 66 however have been 00 discontinued I have found parts manuals for it but no maintenance manual. just answer will usually block any contact information given. I hope you see it here. Ask for technical support.

Ism sorry but that is all I can do for you..
